Database Director Product Released by NEON Enterprise Software
SUGAR LAND, TX. – February 18, 2004 – NEON Enterprise Software Inc. today announced Database Director. This newest product from the mainframe database management software company allows online reorganization of Information Management System (IMS) databases.
Database Director solves the longstanding problem of data availability during database reorganizations. Outages—periods when the database is unavailable—can have significant impact on a business.

With Database Director, critical data remains available so businesses can continue to operate. Any database outages that occur are determined and controlled by the database administrator. Database Director is easy to install. Only two commands are required to reorganize a single database or certain types of database groups.
