Dave Moore, Product Author and Oracle Ace
Dave Moore is the consummate "roll up your sleeves and get it done" breed of database professional. With more than 15 years of experience using, administering, and designing Oracle databases, he brings both a depth and a breadth of knowledge to every project.
Besides bringing strong technical and development skills to project teams, Dave is passionate about databases and shares his experience through his activities in database user groups (he is a past president of the Austin Oracle User Group) as well as through his books, conference sessions, and industry publications.
A recognized Product Author and Oracle ACE, Dave has developed many Oracle-based products. He has presented annually at Oracle OpenWorld since 1991, and is a frequent contributor to Oracle Professional. His book, Oracle Utilities, targets seasoned Oracle professionals who need to efficiently manage Oracle databases and to better exploit its capabilities.
