Tom Harper, Product Author 
Tom Harper is co-author of the Eclipse Reorganization Utilities for IMS
and author of the Eclipse Affinities Server for CICS. He has
served as deputy project manager for the SHARE CICS project
for over 20 years, authored several SHARE CICS white papers,
and received several best session awards at SHARE. He holds
numerous software patents. Before coming to NEON Enterprise
Software in 1994, Tom helped launch BMC Software as developer
of the CICS, VTAM, and IMS data stream optimization products.
Tom was also a developer and instructor at the State of
California. He has a B.S. in mathematics from the University
of California.
